Join us for a performance by Pamyua, an Inuit Soul Music Group. Pamyua performs traditional Inuit (Yup’ik) Drumsongs from Alaska. Their music is a combination of Yup’ik lyrics and modern sound.

Event Registration

This event is free and open to the public to attend, but registration is required. Registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach capacity in the Rasmuson Theater. Please be prepared to show a copy of your registration upon arrival.

Transportation

The nearest Metro station is L'Enfant Plaza (Blue/Orange/Silver/Green/Yellow lines). Exit towards Maryland Avenue/Smithsonian Museums. Bus lines are 30, 32, 34-36. The museum does not have a public parking facility, metered public parking is available on surrounding streets. 

Check In

All guests will enter the museum via the main doors and check in with staff prior to entering the Rasmuson Theater. As registration is required, please have a registration ready for all members of your party. 

Photography/Videography

This event may be photographed or otherwise recorded. By being in the public spaces where we are photographing, live webcasting, or digitally recording video you are giving the museum permission to include your image and those of any minors with you that the museum can use the images/footage for any purpose.
